CCS-200KF

 

一、Introduction：

cc-200kf  is a unique  combination of a low-molecular-weight, clay-control polymer and potassium formate that provides clay stabilization through ionic effects.The combination of the polymer and potassium formate greatly enhances CC-200KF’s performance and permits better clay/shale stabilization at rates below where the polymer alone or potassium formate alone would be effective.By depending on cationic charge for clay control, the performance of CC-200KF does not degrade with shear, like normal clay-control polymers.

四、Usage

Normal concentration range is 1 to 3 gal/1000 gal(1 to 3 L/m³) of treatment fluid. Reactive  shales mat requires      higher dosage rates. Concentration should be determined by testing the specific shales to be treated.

 

五、Packing：

1.Package: plastic drum, net weight 210kg + 0.5kg.

2 .Transport: during transport, care, and to avoid damage.

3 storage: storage, ventilation to prevent exposure, since the production date storage period of two years.
