一、Introduction:

CCWL-CTLUB-A applied to the coiled tubing into the long-distance operations, for the large displacement coiled tubing lubricant component A. Lubricant interface performance by transformation of the tubing and the borehole wall, Can reduce the mechanical friction, delay the screw buckling and the self lock of the pipe, Improve the slide efficiency of the tube column, into the rate, and  increased coiled tubing into the distance.


二、advantages

The coefficient of wellbore friction (CoF) can be reduced from 0.24 to 0.13.

Stable performance can be maintained at high temperature and pressure and other extreme environments.

Coiled tubing construction work can be carried out in a horizontal section of up to 13000ft horizontal wells.

Inject can be used with seawater, with conventional water-based additive compatible well operations.
