CBG-H
一、Introduction:
CBG-H is an encapsulated oxidizer for use as a delayed release breaker of water-based fracturing fluids. The delayed release allows higher breaker concentrations to be used without compromising the proppant transport capability of the fluid . CBG-H can be used at bottomhole temperatures from 60℃ up to 107℃。Used to oxidize the gel polymer, destroying the polymer chains and , reducing viscosity to allow flowback of the stimulation fluid while leaving the proppant in the fracture.Can be directly substituted for persulfate breakers currently used above 60℃。
二、Advantages
Minimizes the early effect of the breaker on the fracturing fluid and allows higher breaker concentrations to be used without compromising proppant transport capability.
Since it is a solid breaker, it will be concentrated in the fracture and not lost to the formation during fluid leak-off.
Improves fracture conductivity by enhancing fluid clean-up

1 the amount of commonly used is: 0.5 ~ 10pptg (0.06 ~ 1.2 kg/m3)
2Pre-job break tests ate recommended to determine the optimum concentration of CBG-H.

2. Transport: during transport, care, and to avoid damage.
3. Storage: Storage ventilation to prevent exposure to date, since the production of the storage period of two years.
