CGA-15L

 

一、Introduction：

WGA-15L is a low-residue, fast-hydrating guar gelling agent in slurry form that provides lump-free mixing for water-based fracturing treatments.WAG-15L’s fast hydration rate allows for continuous “on-the-fly” mixing, eliminating the need for pre-mixing of the frac tanks.

二、Advantages

Environmentally friendly suspension fluid.

Easily dispersed to provide rapid viscosity development, allowing for continuous mixing.

Readily cross-linkers with borate cross-linkers to create wider fractures with improved proppant placement.

Stabilizes foam fracturing treatments by strengthening the thin water film that surrounds the bubble while maintaining the foam structure.

四、Usage

 Normally used at concentrations from 3.75 to 25.0 gal/1000 gal of water(3.5 to 15.0 L/m³), depending on the  desired base gel viscosity. 1 gallon of WGA-15L contains 4 lb of active guar.

 

 

五、Packing:

    1. Package: plastic barrel, net weight 280kg ± 0.5kg.

    2. Transport: during transport, care, and to avoid damage.

    3. Storage: Storage ventilation to prevent exposure to date, since the production of the storage period of two years.
