CGS-2

一、Introduction：

CGS-2 is a water-soluble inorganic salt powder mixture that provides thermal stability for water-based fracturing fluids, using borate, titanium, or zirconium crosslinkers. It helps to limit or delay the viscosity degradation of guar and guar derivatives that can occur as bottomhole –treating temperature increases above 93℃.

Compatible with other additives normally used in fracturing fluids.

Can be used in borate, titanium, and zirconate-crosslinked systems .

Can be added continuously on the fly.

Operating temperature up to 170 ℃.

四、Usage:
1 normal range of concentration is 1 ~ 8pptg (0.12 ~ 0.96kg/m3).

 

五、Packing:

    1. Package: plastic barrel, net weight 200kg ± 0.5kg.

    2. Transport: during transport, care, and to avoid damage.

    3. Storage: Storage ventilation to prevent exposure to date, since the production of the storage period of two years.
