CXL-H

 

一、 Introduction：

CXL-H is an aqueous borate cross-linker that yields high quality , viscous guar and hydroxypropylguar (HPG) based gels .it is a chemically delayed cross-linker for guar or HPG to minimize friction pressures encountered down the tubing or casing. It contains internal buffers that automatically raise the PH of the gelled fluid to the range of 9 to 11 for cross-linking .

 

二、advantages

For guar-based gels, the delayed cross-link time is 3.5 to 3.75 minutes.

For HPG based gaels , the delayed cross-ling time is 5.5 to 6.5 minutes.

Automatically buffers the PH to 9 to 11, which eliminates the need for external buffers in the fluid system.

四、Usage

Mixed continuously “on the fly” during the treatment at a loading of 2 gal/1000 gal(2L/m³).

Pre-job testing is highly recommended to determine the optimum concentration of gelling agent, CXL-H, and breaker for the desired fluid properties.

 

五、Packing:

    1. Package: plastic barrel, net weight 280kg ± 0.5kg.

    2. Transport: during transport, care, and to avoid damage.

    3. Storage: Storage ventilation to prevent exposure to date, since the production of the storage period of two years.
